Supply Rate position 2012 Sea Term; responsibilities involved maintenance, control and
organization of shipboard supplies, management of supply locker and office, including stocking of
all berthing compartments and cleaning gear lockers. Responsible for the management, safety, and
training of underclassmen.
Cadet Internship, Norwegian Cruise Lines Winter 2011
Served aboard Cruise Liner Passenger vessel Pride of America as Deck Cadet in the waters of the
Pacific around Hawaii. Expanded upon skills in vessel operations; stood navigational watches
with licensed officers daily; assisted in and ran daily on deck docking operations; assisted in
maintenance and upkeep of vessel and safety equipment; participated and assisted with
management of weekly safety meetings and drills, both passenger and shipboard crew
