Development of a supply chain organization and processes for a primary (Tier 1) supplier to Volvo AB. The client had signed a single source supplier agreement with Volvo and required cultural, organizational and process changes in order to properly manage its supplier base and succeed in the contract. Development of an inventory management program for a global industrial organization, including the establishment of an effective supply chain organization together with best practices and procedures for properly outsourcing logistics services.

Director of Operations, Nordic Area, Navigant Consulting/Brooks International AB (Sweden)

Completed projects in Europe, United States and Asia. Assignments included:

Total reorganization of a global shipping company, moving the group from a regional orientation to a global, process-driven organization. Coordinated the merger of global Swedish shipping company with a Norwegian company, forming the worlds largest Ro-Ro shipping company. Developed product offering for new RoRo group, moving from port-to-port to door-to-door. Developed a global booking and tracking information system for global fleet. Numerous projects within Swedish automotive industry, power generation, and other national and international organizations.
