WORK DESIRED
Seeking a position as an instrument/electrical design engineer.
Typical drawings that I edit/sign off are electrical schematics,
motor controls, control panels, loop diagrams, the electrical part
of P&IDs, and the Bill Of Material for the PLC/DCS industrial
computer system. Specifically, these are construction drawings for
control, instrument, and electrical systems for industrial applications.
Seeking contract/direct work in the Houston, TX metro area at min.
rate of $30+/hour; or contract work elsewhere in the USA at a min.
rate of $35+/hour, contracts of 6 to 18 months preferred; or work
overseas with a min. contract of 12 months at the equivalent min.
rate of $35+/hour.
NO PERMANENT RELOCATION outside of Houston, TX. 20 % maximum travel.
Additional cost of living must be added to base rate. No field sevice,
field startups or commissioning, offshore (on location), or military.
VERY IMPORTANT -- I am NOT a PLC programer, DCS configurator, HMI builder,
CAD designer/drafter, electrical substation designer, analog/digital design
engineer, embedded systems engineer, or software engineer. I do not do
relay coordination studies.
NOTE: I am NOT in the IT/MIS field.
