aiaii Yielded over 15% savings in distribution cost in Italy, by converting the market from fresh to frozen, this allowed for a easier ordering process for the Restaurants. This created an average of a 12% decrease in over ordering and/or out of code product to the customer.

aiaii Increased production by over 25% by acquiring local grocery store business

aiaii Worked with McDonald's European staff to acquire all promotional products, which yielded a considerably higher profit margin for the organization. Profit margins on all promotional products yielded a 15% profit margin compared to a 6% margin for all core products. This added approximately $75,000 dollars to the bottom line on a quarterly basis.

aiaii This allowed East Balt to access service countries within Europe where East Balt was not currently servicing restaurants. By having a presence within these countries we were able to build relationships with new potential customers for future facility opportunities.

aiaii Acquire the approval to design and build a new facility within Russia, expanding the business by $4 million dollars in the first year.

aiaii Acquired the KFC business within South Africa which led to a windfall in Johannesburg and a new facility in Cape Town. This increased the KFC business within the country by 18% while saving McDonalds over 20% on distribution costs into Cape Town.

aiaii Grew the China market by over 45%. Went from two facilities to five, while gaining KFC in addition to McDonalds.
