OBJECTIVE

My career objective is to obtain a Scheduling/Project Controls position with a reputable

company that values hard work and ingenuity.

I am particularly interested in dynamic work

environments where problem solving, leadership, and organizational skills are demanded. I

have over 10 years of construction experience ranging from carpenter's helper to project

Lead Scheduler

- Lehi, Utah - I-15 Corridor Expansion

Duties Include - Building and maintaining a 10,000 activity design-build, resource and

cost loaded project schedule. Managing and mentoring four field schedulers, in a multi-

user environment. Producing P6 and Access pay applications, monthly reporting, progress

metrics, and schedule reviews with the client.

February 2008

- February 2010 - Fluor Daniel Caribbean, Inc. - Cayman Islands

Project Controls Specialist - Cayman Islands - Camana Bay Project

Duties Include - Building and maintaining multiple EPC schedules in P6. Provide monthly

progress reports and schedule recovery plans as needed. Building and maintaining the

construction cash forecast ($300 Million) for the complete project. Manage change

management consisting of over 5000 change orders in an Access database. Negotiate change

orders with contractors. Review potential change orders with the client and recommend

action.

May 2007

Duties Include - Maintain the master design-build schedule which was cost, material, and

resource loaded. Manage, lead, and support all document control, logistical, and quantity

surveying personnel - 5 Total. Also responsible for cost forecasting, cash flow reporting,

work-hour tracking, change management, timesheets, requisitions, cost coding, and monthly

payment applications.
