Job consists of assisting patrons with help regarding the library and technological assistance. Organizing and performing story hours. Workshop planning for children and young adults. In 2010, I started a self-esteem workshop for young adults. Encouraging them to come out of their shell and attending workshops that helped them be themselves. Helping patrons with general information and reference questions, also including faxing, coping and learning the Dewey decimal system. Strong customer service skills and telephone communication are also used. Knowledge of the library database server {TLC} was obtained.
