Held every position within Bank of America over my 28 years of service. From bookkeeping, teller, loan assistant secretary, Customer Service Manager, Personal Banker and held the position of Banking Center Manager for over 12 years.
Actively recruited and oversaw training for all new branch employees.Implemented annual performance appraisals for all branch staff.Educated customers on the variety of loan products and available credit options as well are the required documents to complete the loan process. Managed 2 1/2 Personal Bankers on a daily basis to help them achieve their personal goals and the Banking Center goals.
