Successfully managed a large staff including the Outside Services consisting of restaurant valet services, Ballroom valet services, assisting in coordinating golf outings and tournaments and set-up, maintaining and managing the Practice facility operation, responsible for the entire golf cart fleet, Starters and Player Hosts. In addition, managed large scale events consisting of upwards of 10,000 guest's. Also played a role in clubhouse security investigation issues involving guest and employee theft and injury incidences. Responsible for drafting and implementation of departmental guidelines and policies and procedures.
