COMMUNICATION

* Coordinating efforts over the telephone via conference calls, 2 way radio, e-mail, written correspondence, and conveying information in easy-to-understand terms or technical jargon depending to whom I am speaking. Some of the forms I use must be filled in with longhand, which I take pride in my penmanship. I have a wide vocabulary and always try to find the proper word for every occasion. One of my favorite tasks is to take technical information and break it down to the workers in the -trenches- in simplified terms, and vice-versa when taking information from the front line workers and relaying it to engineers, supervisors, directors, and higher echelon company officials. I consider it a challenge to see if I can get people to understand at every level as to what the problem is, and then what is the solution.
