CSX required training documentation for a custom Java application implemented at
a Dominican Republic Container terminal . Hired and managed a team of writers,
editors and graphic artists to complete an 8 month project in 4 months. Facilitated
meetings with programmers, business analysts and QA resources to gain
understanding of the software functionality. Resulted in completion of a 400 page
manual written to train three levels of users and serve as a reference guide. Upon
completion it was translated to Spanish.
