Redesigned the practice website www.nephassociates.com
Designed, modified, and maintain templates in the NextGen Electronic Medical Records system.
Used Visual Basic.NET to build several Applications and Web Applications for the practice and Chattanooga Kidney Center (owned by the doctors). These Include a hospital list, an application passing data to and from our EMR database with a web application to automatically load lab values in template fields and provide various graphs and reports, a program to search for files containing labs that the lab importer missed, and a small locked down web browser to pull a specific web resource that is run from one of the servers.
Used Microsoft Access, Enterprise Manager, and Crystal reports to generate several reports and queries.
Provided desktop support for the 60 plus doctors, nurses, and support staff.
Wortked with the Velos Electronic Medical Records System Velos for the Chattanooga Kidney Centers (owned by some of the practice doctors).
Redesigned the Chattanooga Kidney Centers webpage www.CKCDialysis.com
Worked with Crystal Reports to pull data from the Chattanooga Kidney Centers SQL Anywhere Database.
Wrote a Visual Basic Application to find and reset lab files to be imported by the Velos Lab-HL7 Reciever.

Worked with Greater Chattanooga Christian Services in the redesign of their website . The site uses PHP to show the selected content from a Javascript navigation system.

Designed, updated and maintained the Middle Valley Church of Christ's web site: . I took the website from very basic HTML into PHP generated page that runs JavaScript, Macromedia Flash content, Spry Navigation, and Dynamic HTML through out several revisions.
Designed a Bible application with C# that allowed users to run searches, remember where they were when they last ran the program. The Bible also has a concordance, Easton's Bible Dictionary, and the Internation Standard Bible Encyclopedia. The program used an XML configuration file and also works with the registry.

Supported the Power Quality group. I helped maintain their internal website. Wrote an application designed to check whether their power quality monitors downloaded each night, and other general tasks. I maintained the application.
Maintained and added features to an internal site that connected to an SQL database allowing employees to view information about Power Quality monitors (IE: When it last downloaded it's data, is it out of service for repairs, who is responsible for maintaining it in the field, etc.).
Used Microsoft Office products to accomplish many of the day-to-day administrative/documentation tasks associated with the position.
