a fully interactive web page into the Paralegal Program.

In February 1999, organized

law clinic in conjunction with the San Fernando Neighborhood Valley

Legal Services to train paralegals with "hands on" experience

in electronically preparing legal forms on the internet under

the supervision of a legal services attorney (family law and paternity

actions). In June 2003, started a completely online paralegal

program certificate (http://profj.us)

- unique in that it is probably the only completely online paralegal

certificate program in the California Community College system.

Acted

as affirmative action officer, and assisted Gina LaMonica in hiring

Pace instructors for PACE Program

instructors, also created PACE webpage. I am currently working

with new PACE director, David Pardess to articulate a PACE Law

Tract.

As Chair of Staff Development and in conjunction with the Faculty

Senate and Academic Affairs developed a Teaching Academy for our

Workers Rights Clinic July 13th 2002

Helped to develop a Saturday Workers Rights Clinic in conjunction

with the Neighborhood Legal Services. This provides hands

on experience for paralegals and Mission College Students

whcih serves the function of communicating and advising the college

in its decision-making regarding D/DL issues (Distance Education)

CETC Ambassador to Mission College - 2005

California Education

Technology Collaboration (CETC) is composed of a variety of

cutting-edge systemwide technology projects, services and resources.

Available to ANYONE at all of our 109 CCC Campuses! Formed in

December 2003 as a response to tight fiscal times. Sponsored by

the California Community Colleges Chancellor s Office. Brought

together all of the CCC systemwide technology projects into a

single group. Allows individual projects to remain autonomous

while giving the new group a single-project focus. As an ambassador,

I promote the services of CETC.
