Independently defined and implemented a step by step approach to facilitate a special request from a large-scale physicians group. The group needed to condense 30 billing numbers with 800 members into a single billing group without a negative impact to the claims/payment cycle. Worked closely with the groups' credentialing specialist and completed this project three weeks prior to internal management expectations.
