As a Learning Performance Consultant, I support the learning organization, am responsible for customer

relationship management (CRM), provide learning consulting to clients, needs analysis/requirements

documentation, learning solution design documentation, determine course maintenance needs,

curriculums/learning paths and evaluation/metrics of learning solutions for all projects associated with the
