potential investors in U.S. and Europe, resulting in successful IPO for Implant Sciences
o Sales Management: Established U.S. and international distributors, energized sales teams and built key
profitable relationships, leading to a 250% increase in sales, and a #28 ranking for Implant Sciences on the
Boston Business Journal list of fastest-growing companies in Massachusetts.
o Marketing: Created marketing programs and reimbursement strategies; established clinical sites and
physician investigators at major medical centers to support new product evaluation; prepared collateral materials,
peer-reviewed clinical papers, public relations programs, trade shows, web pages, and e-mail marketing activities;

o Business Development: Identified and evaluated sophisticated niche marketplaces, including an opportunity in the
minimally invasive coronary market for a $75 million product line for ABIOMED. Identified prospects to protect

o International Expansion: Identified and contracted with a bonded warehouse and customer service group in
