Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator position is an integral component of a team structure whose complete focus is directed at delivering a high quality, facility maintenance program to companies with geographically dispersed locations. Role of the Facility Concierge Specialist I (FCS I) is the management of Landlord (LL) responsible maintenance issues. The FCS I is to work with FM internal and external resources to maintain accuracy of the LL database, contact information and systems. The FCS I will also respond to requests from Clients, Supervisors, or Programs and may be asked to manage special projects.
