animated flash training solutions in half the amount of time and skill it would take to develop using the traditional Flash timeline.

Developed a Flash AS3/AS2/Video based Video Web Based Training (VWBT) learning solution that integrates interactive

Captivate simulations and video clips both of which I developed and produced. Created wire frame storyboards which I used for

rapid prototyping. Used JavaScript to communicate between flash and captivate to control things like videos and animations. Also

developed a gaming component with dynamic content using Flash AS3/XML and Access Database for scoring.

Flown to London for emergency senior developer /learning consultant need. Immediately analyzed current solution issues/needs,

rapidly conceptualized, and designed SharePoint Performance Support infrastructure. This included developing a complex system

of Captivate Simulations in a custom SharePoint site using custom HTML as well as managing a support development team of 3

developers, and 2 IT/Testing associates in the US to create other Simulations and set up a secured instance to develop in.

Developed HTML/Flash AS2 custom Road Runner website and UI using Photoshop/Illustrator . Developed AS2 advertising

banners used on sites like Google that were able to be tracked. Also developed an HTML email marketing campaign. Consulted

with Road Runner during sales as an Information Architect and Usability expert. I was also Development Lead/Creative

Director/Project Manager for a 3 person development and UI team.

Developed custom/complex hand coded HTML/ASP website and UI for DeWalt Power Tools. Worked closely with other ASP

developers on integration of SQL Database content integration with complex hand coded HTML tables. Consulted with DeWalt

at initial meeting, and remained client contact as well as Creative Director when additional team members were needed.

Developed Flash AS2 marketing promo and managed other designers in the creation of the site.

Created concepts for a custom HTML web site for McColl Partners, and then became Development Lead/Creative Director and

Project Manager of a team of two for execution of the concepts through completion of the project. Consulted with McColl

Developed and designed Word Find, a Flash Wii Game created to assist my daughter and her friends in learning their 1st grade
