Mr. Taylor has more than 17 years of experience in the environmental and engineering consulting industry, predating the advent of ASTM E1527. Mr. Taylor is a Principal and National Client Manager at Partner. His current responsibilities include the management of national due diligence assessments for SBA, regional and national lending institutions, and residential, commercial, and retail developers.
Mr. Taylor s success in the industry is a direct-result of customer service and quality technical reports. Prior to joining Partner, Mr. Taylor s experience includes two former Engineering News-Record Top 500 Design firms and a Fortune 500 firm.
During his tenure in the environmental and engineering consulting industry, Mr. Taylor has served as a field project manager, client manager, a regional manager, a national client manager, and a national division manager overseeing, managing, coordinating, and reviewing over 10,000 national environmental and engineering assessments. Mr. Taylor managed several extensive rails-to-trails redevelopment Phase I and II projects in California for the City of Los Banos, Taft, and Clovis, and prepared the Project Study Report (PSR) for the City of Delano Garces Highway Expansion Project.
