AR Custom Bank Account Interface that allows for the automated creation of

customer banks and bank accounts .She is also responsible to import GL daily

Ledger by writing a custom import program and Purchase Order Requisition

Janaki was designed and developed RI custom search Form using Forms 4.5, which

will allow users greater flexibility when performing searches in the Oracle

Applications by providingthe ability to search for Receiving Transactions,

the DFF columns. She was also involved in customization of Purchase Order

Report using Reports 2.5.

Janaki is also responsible for designing Oracle Data Source (ODS) database for

This Project replaces existing Payment cycle to Florist as direct pay without

involving with wire transfer services. Before existence of this system 1800

flowers used to send payments to Wire transfer services and Florist will get

payment from them .Now direct pay to the florist, In this system we need to

calculate charges, commissions, bonuses to Florist from performance of Orders

study. Existing order entry system will give this information for invoice

import. Statements will be send to the Florists giving all this information

accessible through web.

In first phase Janaki involved in designing the system for Florist( Vendor)

Interface from ATLAS Order entry system (external system) to Oracle Financials

Accounts Payables. In second phase Invoice Import Interface in AP. Also

Designed and developed conversion programs for Vendors, Banks, AP invoices and

payments.

Janaki also involved in writing Reports2.5 for Accrual Report, Statement to

Florist and designing forms necessity. She also worked on sending the status of

these concurrent programs (vendor interface & invoice import) to set of users

Oracle Front Office Contracts is designed to handle various aspects of contract

management, which includes contract authoring & pricing, contract

billing/renewal/termination and so on. Contract Authoring involves creation of

a contract quote from an offering, delivering the quote to customer and

obtaining approval on pricing, coverage and other terms & conditions. This

module is integrated with order entry for price list, sales orders and

shipping. Contract Billing involves determining extra amount to be charged to a
