homes statewide.

Responsible for meeting state licensing requirements for all group homes in
Northern Virginia. Directed the opening and licensing of four new facilities.
Re-wrote all personnel policies and procedures and job descriptions for the
agency.
Established a training program for all EHS staff.
Set standards for care under state mandates.
