Professional Summary
Dr. Judith A. LeFevre-Levy has worked in the area of development and aging. She has
researched environmental and biological predictors of behavior and aging in both human and
animal populations. Dr. LeFevre-Levy has used an experience sampling technology to study
work experience, mood, and cognitive and social behavior in humans as they occur during
everyday life. She has also done clinical research on Alzheimer s patients and clinical work with
adolescent and geriatric populations in psychiatric outpatient clinics and a community -based
outreach program. Dr. LeFevre-Levy also carried out longitudinal investigations of biological
and behavioral changes in animals to identify environmental and behavioral predictors of
biological aging. Dr. LeFevre-Levy was on the faculty of the University of Southern California.
