Forensic Psychological Assessment
As Clinical Psychologists, we use various methods such as standardized
psychological tests and interviewing to assess clients in order to assist the court,
magistrates, and attorneys to answer important legal questions. We also do
Forensic Psychological evaluations for private companies.
Kobus Coetzee & Associates are Clinical Psychologists based in Centurion. They
are committed to providing insurance companies, law firms, attorneys and
courts with expert forensic psychological services, including forensic
psychological evaluations and expert witness testimony. They have more than

A referral letter should accompany all client referrals from the law firm,

Conditions of Service and Disclaimer
1. Services are rendered to insurance companies, law firms, attorneys and courts
who initiated the request for evaluation, not to the person being evaluated.
2. Please note that all Forensic Psychological reports are unbiased and will adhere
to ethical principles within the field of psychology.
3. Reports will be released to the referring party alone as they are engaging the
Forensic Psychological services.
4. The conditions of service also hold that the final Forensic Psychological report
will be released after full settlement of the account.

11. Any additional collateral information required, such as consultation with family
members of the client or the referring party, will be charged at the consultation
rate of R1500 per hour.

12. If a social work report is required the fees thereof needs to be agreed upon by
the referring party and the social worker involved.

thereof will be for the referring party s account.
14. Psycholegal assessment is a complex and time consuming process. It usual takes

time of writing of the report. The psychologist reserves the right to amend the
report should any additional information become available after the report has
