to CEO of major land development company. Duties included

handling of incoming/outgoing calls on a routine basis, sorted and

disseminated

workflow of CEO, with follow through on all projects, extensive travel

arrangements, compilation and completion of presentations, taking and

transcribing of minutes. In addition, performed bookkeeping functions

for three

personal accounts as well as a foundation account, and issued stock

transfers for the latter when called for. In the absence of the CEO,

prepared and mailed all memorandums and other correspondence, under

broad-based broker structure, fully capable of bringing in prospective

Secretary to the President of an advertising agency. Responsible for

overviewing and assisting in the creation of ad campaigns, tracking of

all work in house, preparing reports capsuling status of accounts,

financial reports of expenditures, disseminating incoming mail, and

answering routine correspondence

where necessary. In addition, President was a Political Analyst for a

major television station and his duties in that capacity provided me

with an opportunity to assist in preparing speeches for then-prominent

figures in the area, including the Governor, a State Senator and other

individuals in the public eye.

Co-owner of a typesetting/graphics business. Anderson Advertising had

considerable contact in the private sector, as well as Federal

agencies, nationwide. Designed and produced camera-ready newsletters,

brochures, logos, bylines and annual reports. In addition,

considerable editing, proof reading, and data entry were daily

routines of this business. I supervised 15 employees,

maintained control of the work flow, handled all incoming calls and

assisted in

the preparation of accounts payables.

for Visionprint Ltd., a former

printing company

in town. My duties were heavy telephone, in-person contact, proofing,

editing and graphics design, as well as securing new accounts and

assisting in the servicing of the existing clientele enjoyed by this

firm.

Administrative Assistant at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory

(NREL), Golden. Performed administrative support for the Procurement

section. My duties

were to process contractual instruments and supporting peripherals,

prepare status reports, compile data bases for competitive

solicitations, incoming mail, telephone inquiries and enter

subcontracts recharge information on Oracle financials data base.

Congressional cutbacks forced a downsizing within the laboratory,

including the abolishment of my position.

new accounts, ordering additional telephone lines, billing inquiries,

etc.

Present:

Innovative Services of America. Initially employed as a Technical

Service Representative, handling incoming calls relating to hardware

problems in the computer industry. Position required considerable

computereze, with significant

understanding of software-related issues as well. Transferred to Parts

Department as a Purchasing Agent. Responsibilities included the

ordering of computer-related parts for vendors, as well as

considerable interaction with customers in facilitating the processing

of their claims. My last position with

this firm was that of a Claims Adjuster. Responsible for the review of

vendor claims and determining appropriate payment therefrom.

Innovative Services lost a substantial contract which, in turn, forced

the abolishment of my position.

Future:

I am diligently seeking employment in an area in need of my

considerable experience with upper level management. In addition, I

would enjoy the opportunity of using my creative talents in the areas

of design, writing, editing, proofreading and data entry.
