Fundamentally established microbiological procedure and protocol for extending line run times, from 24hrs runs to 168hrs.by means of extending product equipment sanitations, while assuring quality produced product.

Read blend screen count down to CIP times calculating and adding days/hours to the precise time for an extended cip. Post, communicate, document, write up each line procedure and protocol, support and assist in educating management staff members, team members and production associates on line cip extensions. Performed, managed, controlled, read, identified, decision making, troubleshooting, reported, communicated and documented all microbiological data.

Sister plants carried on with this procedure and protocol resulting in major cost savings on cip chemicals and vast amount in the company annual revenue, plus upper management annual PDR's.
