SQL and Databases:

Performed analysis and modifications on SQL Stored Procedures to resolve incorrect values flowing through to Epicor System. Created processes to upload Vendors and G/L reference codes to Epicor Accounting System producing time savings, eliminating 10 hours of hand entry per month.

Analysis of End-User Reporting Requirements. Creation of SQL code to generate reports through the Open Reports tool for improved sales analysis and internal reporting requirements.

Generated complex SQL Queries and Stored Procedures to generate customized mail and e-mail lists for outbound marketing. The criteria encompassed previous customer activity, previous mailings, rankings, geographic location, resulting in as many as 12 different groups.
