Project Description:
This Component is customizable bean/generic bean, which can be used by
any banking transactions, which is portable and implemented on any
application server independent of database, independent of drivers.
This software is designed adhering to EJB specification
1.0.transactions are managed by the ejb container.
It is Deployed (hot deployment) under ejb server Weblogic 5.1.
container which implements J2EE standard specification with using two
documents ejb-jar.xml and weblogic-ejb-jar.xml which are generally
used to exchange the data between two applications and setting
transactional attributes and for giving authorization and
authentication / permission for handling transactions. And used
weblogic.jdbc.oci.driver to communicate with database(oracle) .
This project contains session bean and entity bean. A session bean
which is generally used for managing the workflow or business task and
entity bean which represents the Data or a row in a database where
synchronization of data,creating deleting and updating the record
without writing explicit code. TransBean which implements a
sessionbean interface, manages transactions like withdrawal, deposit,
debit/credit(withdrawing from one account to another account and
update the database).AccountBean which implements an entity bean
(Container managed )which represents the account holder data,like
name,account number, current balance etc.

Project Title: On-line Book Shop

Project Description
This Bean is a customizable bean/generic bean which can be used by any
enterprise/book shop for shopping/selling which is portable and
implemented on any application server independent of database,
independent of drivers. Transactions are managed by the ejb container.
This software is designed adhering to EJB specification 1.0 and tested
in weblogic server3.1. environment. Used servlets on clientside for
presentation logic. Workflow of business logic is controlled by two
session beans (stateless & stateful) and a entitybean. Entity Bean
will display the required book on with the help of primary key based
on serial(ISBN) number and title as a primary key .It also displays
all possible books on any keyword with publishing dates and price. And
also gives the information about future editions and possible
publishing dates. Stateful bean is used to calculate the total price
of books thus maintaining the state. Stateless bean will update,
delete, insert the table.

Project Title: MULTI-PURPOSE INFORMATION SYSTEM

Project Description
This project mainly incorporates the features of displaying the list
of selected fields in the database in regional language. The software
is designed to meet the requirements of the government officials.
Basically the whole information is stored in the Oracle database.
This software is designed in Java using Symantec Visual Caf.
Information which is to be displayed in the regional language is
stored in ASCII format. The software is designed in such a fashion
that it fulfills the requirements of all the government higher
officials who are seeking the information for multi purpose household
information. The database stores all the relevant information about
each individual family throughout the state.
Responsibilities
I was involved in designing and coding for the system. I was involved
in writing the code in Java for retrieving the data from the Oracle
database and showing the same to the user through a GUI, which
provides several options for the users to select various criteria,
depending on which it generates a dynamic query, gets executed and
finally the result is given to the user.

Law and Order, which helps the user in sorting the data and viewing
the same data in the form of pie and bar graphs, which are generated
using applets. For this we have developed our own custom WebServer
which is acting as a Application Server through which user request
will be processed and response will be sent back to the Client.
