Lansing MI

Best Buy Store project in Lansing, Michigan. This store represented Best Buy's flagship 46,000 sq. ft. prototype. This project set new records for the Morcon/Best Buy team: from the first day of putting the backhoe in the ground until the last block was laid took just 11 days.

STAHL CONSTRUCTION - Minneapolis, MN (2000 to 2001)

Supervised the daily construction of a Springhill Suites and Town Place Suites in St. Louis Park, MN. Ensured all work was in accordance with plans and specifications of CSM. Kept daily logs of work in progress. Held weekly safety and job meetings with subs on site. Scheduled all work performed by subs and ensured all materials that were needed on site were there.

Supervised the daily construction of two Target stores, one as a ground up and the other as an addition. Supervised the daily construction of retail, office complexes, grocery store and regional phone center for National Tool Company. Supervised the construction of the Good Samaritan Complex in East Grand Forks, MN after the big flood. The site was a 28 unit Cong Housing and a 24 unit assisted living home. Built customs homes in the lake area. Each and every job was important no matter how large or small and from start to finish there was a goal to exceed the client`s expectations.
