administering contracts for GIS work throughout the Iowa DNR; managing the DNR GIS data and software
libraries; liaison with the Iowa Legislature and citizens of Iowa regarding GIS issues; providing technical
assistance to all DNR GIS users, coordinating and providing GIS training within the DNR, providing
