Served as Branch Manager in the Peachtree City branch and was promoted to the Branch Manager in the Marietta Branch. Transformed ScottsLawn Service branch in Marietta that was having Human Resource issues and production issues into the number one branch in Atlanta.
I was promoted to the General Manager position in Memphis TN. This branch was also having Human Resource issues and production issues. I have consistently over the years increased production and service quality along with two years of being incident free.
