I thank you for your interest. I would like to introduce myself and offer my services to you
and your firm as an expert consultant in the field of Cardiology, including all aspects of
General Cardiology, Invasive Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
I am a dual Board Certified, experienced and evidence-based Invasive/Interventional
Cardiologist with an active practice in Orange County California. My Curriculum Vitae and

In addition to what I have listed on my Curriculum Vitae, I have several qualities that you
may find helpful as an expert in Cardiology.
I have extensive experience in peer review, in my capacities as prior Chair of Invasive
Cardiology, organizing and maintaining high quality accurate peer review for
Anaheim Memorial Medical Center, and redesigning the process to meet Joint
Commission s Standards.
I am currently Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratories and
Invasive/Interventional Cardiology at Anaheim Regional Medical Center, and
Director of Invasive/ Interventional Cardiology for our busy 15+ physician Cardiology
group which is the largest in Orange County.
An active case reviewer in the field of Cardiology for the Cooperative of American
Physicians Inc (CAP-MPT), Maximus Center for Health Dispute Resolution and others.
Active Cardiology Expert Consultant for the California Medical Licensing Board of
Physicians and Surgeons.
Appointed to ACC (American College of Cardiology) Task Force - Cardiac Care
Team 2009-2012 term.
Practices and promotes Evidence Based medicine in practice and in my reviews,
most of which I can have a thorough, complete and evidence-based review
completed within 72 hours of receipt of material, with fastest turnarounds with
electronic or scanned data sources.
Has deposition and in-trial testimony experience, and extensive experience with case
review on defense and plaintiff cases. I welcome cases from both defense and
plaintiff as my opinions address the evidence-based medical standards and facts of
each case which are not dependent upon the side of retaining counsel.
