I started in March 2007 in Crystal City, Va at a building that was occupied by the Department of Defense

350,000 square feet, 11 stories.

Central plant with two 650 ton York Chillers

Mammoth air handlers with vav boxes.

Chevy Chase Plaza: Class A property.

I was transfered to this property in October 2011 to enhance customer relations and the building operations.

This property is 200,000 square feet with residential, commercial and retail space.

With both of the above properties, I have overseen the replacement of the energy management systems. Maintain communication with contractors, property managers and tenants to maintain the smooth transition and maintain operation efficiency. Other duties include but not limited to ordering parts, supplies, execute preventative maintenance programs, scheduled "on call" personnel, trouble shooting main systems and adjustments as needed.

I have excellent communication with my tenants and work effectively with property management and personnel.

In charge of over 585,000 square feet if commercial office space in three separate buildings. Centerpointe I & II and Fair Oaks plaza.

Centerpointe I & II are 11 Story high rise with Trane Centrifugal chillers, floor-by- floor chilled water coils and Metasys EMS system.

Fair Oaks Plaza has eight stories with two Trane chillers, one main air handler with two joy fans and a compatrol EMS system.

Responsible for overseeing daily operations, preventative maintenance and budgets.

Facilitate tenant advisory meetings, tenant safety training and EOP employee emergency response training.

Payroll, hiring & overseeing outside contractors and preparing job contracts.

Oversee tenant-run TI projects and all major capital improvement projects.
