Maintenance and troubleshooting of the HVA/C Plant TRANE, France. It consists of 3

Compressors each 74 kW, 4 AHU, 2 Water Pumps and 3 Air-Condenser Units. The HVA/C Plant
is a complete automatic system which works on sequence control by 7-day timer.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Pipeline Instrumentation such as pneumatic and
hydraulic
control flow valves, ESD, safety valves and pressure, temperature, humidity, level, flow
transmitters
and proxity sensors.
All of the above instrumentation consists of Single & Multiple loops configurations.
Loop tracing and
P & I Diagrams were followed while troubleshooting. The Project Consultant for this Gas
Compression Station was M/S Foster Wheeler Energy Limited, England. Heavily involved
with the
consultants during the designing, erection, commissioning phase of the station which
included
modifications to our needs.

: Maintenance and troubleshooting of various instrumentation
in the
cement plant pertaining to Pressure, Temperature & Flow Transmitters, Noise & Vibrations
