Designed, purchased, installed process and utility equipment and systems.
Implemented and trained all employees in Dow s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) procedures for their proprietary global maintenance work process (GMWP), which included:
a. Predictive and Preventive maintenance
b. Good manufacturing practice (GMP)
c. OSHA Federal Regulation 1910
d. Process Safety Management (PSM)
e. Work orders, purchasing and inventory control.
Supervised and directed work of 2 supervisors and 20 unionized maintenance personnel.
Held the value of the inventory to $600,000 for 13 years by reducing inventory and improving sourcing.
Effectively managed over $1 million of utility cost. Improved boiler operations and held fuel cost to $800,000 per year for 10 years.
Improved project cost authorization and accounting system by implementing corporate accounting procedures. Improvements in the capital and expense budget procedures were achieved.

In 14 years successfully completed over 700 projects from conception to implementation. Defined project scope, estimated cost and calculated return on investment
