Performed migration of new HSME environment throughout ExxonMobil headquarters
in Fairfax, VA. Met with clients and surveyed each machine that they had and
configured their new machine to replicate their previous machine. Trained new
employees to the HSME Rollout team for this project. Troubleshooted my own
clients and was a main point of contact within the team as a knowledge base for
other clients. Issues involved hardware, software, and networking issues. Used
Remedy, WinInstall, and Terminal Server.

Monitored WAN for all Ethyl Corporation. Performed NOC operations and routine
monitoring of WAN. Worked in conjunction with MCI WorldComm to locate and
resolve network issues when sites were down. Executed backup and restoration of
75+ servers. WAN environment included Unix, Digital Unix, Windows 9x, and
Windows NT 4.0 Workstation/Server. Trained new employees recruited for NOC work
and environment. Supported users on hardware, software, and networking issues.
Performed tests for daily/nightly network operations that would create the best
and most consistent performance of procedures.
