Selected Accomplishments:

Authored, designed, and implemented a pilot program for community-based reintegration program for juvenile offenders being discharged from youth forestry and detention centers. Designed initial management information system to capture all services by contract, which evaluated contract performance at all times for over an average census of 450 youth across the State. The management information system also had a billing component for invoicing, forecasting, and capturing actual revenues to evaluate program performance. Maintained compliance, productivity, and efficiency rates for four (4) community juvenile delinquent programs.

Increased compliance, efficiency, and employee productivity rates by over 50% for four residential treatment facilities (RTF) within a minimum of four (4) months. Completed baseline assessments to determine minimum thresholds, evaluated internal controls and monitoring mechanisms, implemented process redesign initiatives resulting in a 60% increase in compliance outcomes in seven (7) months for our Florida Madalyn program, resulting in an average outcome of 95% for all case management services provided to the Department of Juvenile Justice;

As Director of Program Management, I reported directly to the Vice President of Program Administration.

Selected Accomplishments:

Authored the company's policy and procedure manual that complied with three mandatory licensing and contractual agreements within one manual. Prior to hire, the center had three different manuals to comply with the auditing agencies;

Spearheaded and managed the accreditation process for all three programs; awarded accreditation within six months when normal process is one year and six months, which ultimately increased our referrals with the State and ultimately increasing the bottom-line by millions.
