Utilizing solid leadership, communications and operations skills, I consistently implemented strategies that achieved significant improvement in operating effectiveness, revenue growth, and bottom-line results in highly challenging, fast-paced environments. I introduced dynamic, new business solutions that enhanced productivity, maximized resources, and contained costs, all the while increasing customer satisfaction. Further competencies include:

q Building, motivating and leading effective operations teams

q Creating greater efficiencies through team synergies

q Enhancing quality output with focus on satisfying consumers

q Fostering and leading change initiatives across the organization

I received an MBA in Technology Management from University of Phoenix and BA from St. Francis College. Associates describe me as an organized, detail-oriented, supportive leader with sound business savvy, and one who is very adaptable to the ever-changing needs of an organization.

Selected Accomplishments

Led aggressive operations overhaul, slashing $3M in costs. Trans Video was facing high costs, insufficient revenue, with poor quality output in products/services. As Interim GM, immediately instituted operational improvements and an improved communications plan with all management and staff. Crafted new business solution for daily operations, outsourcing of resources, and greater overall efficiencies.

Developed and implemented new business plan to improve product quality and lower cost. Viewership of Trans Video TV station was declining due to stagnant programming while facing a very limited budget. Conducted research and prepared a new Programming Business Plan Proposal, designed to develop new programming options and lower costs. Resulted in operating within a lower budget, improving program quality, and building a stronger product foundation with potential ROI.

Directed team to improve organizational productivity. Tasked with undertaking/leading three major annual seasonal campaigns to drive higher consumables. Developed cross-functional, core team of innovative developers at Trans Video. Provided formal detailed project plan covering all aspects with each department’s responsibilities. Produced highly creative quality outputs ultimately satisfying all stakeholders.

Turned around revenue decline. Trans Video was experiencing financial challenges with 20% revenue loss. Charged with searching for new additional revenue sources. Researched and proposed several new developments – membership enrollment, annual fundraisers, and themed documentaries for global distributions. Generated $300K in new income, eliminating all previous losses.
