Lead Security Advisor to Xcel Energy. Duties include leadership of Threat Risk Management

team, 24x7x365 management of security tools, vulnerability assessments, threat and risk

monitoring, mitigation, and project support. Projects include the rollout and management of

ArcSight and Websense, and the transition from Symantec AV to SEP, and FERC/NERC/CIP

Lead Information Security Operations Center 24x7x365 team. Team duties included leadership

of on and off-shore team, incident management, vulnerability assessment, threat and risk
