To continue as the dedicated Principal of Columbia High School through which I have the
opportunity to implement and accomplish the following:
Advocate and sustain a school culture conducive to continuous improvement for students
and staff.
Develop and monitor procedures and practices that promote a safe school environment.
Assist instructional staff in development and implementation of curriculum, instruction,
and assessment aligned with state and local learning goals.
Manage human and financial resources to accomplish student achievement goals.
Communicate with colleagues, parents, and community members to promote student
learning.
