Created graphical user interfaces to chip layout and design tools using Tcl/Tk. Created and

modified tools designed to fix hold time violation on various ASIC chip using Perl.

Developed and maintained a Smart Card billing system. Developed and maintained tools to

monitor email and World Wide Web usage within the company, to insure SEC regulations
