I am a Test Engineer / Technical Manager with a diverse managerial background including experience directing the efforts of 40+ electronics technicians in both forward deployed and domestic environments. My total experience includes 11 years in test and repair of complex RADAR and communications systems, including 3

years of experience teaching electronics test methodologies and troubleshooting methods to electronics technicians in the U.S. Navy. For the past three years I have been serving as a Test Engineer for L-3 Communications IS Greenville using a wide array of test equipment and test software to diagnose and repair Digital and RF units of advanced ELINT sensors to the component level. The last 18 months of this position have been spent directing the efforts of three other test engineers. 2009 - Present Test Engineer II (Interferometers/microwave receivers depot)

. Set test priorities and executed test plans for myself and three other test engineers to ensure that personnel workloads and test assets are balanced to guarantee maximum throughput of hardware while meeting the cost and schedule demands of several Global Hawk contracts

. Provide depot test status of RF and Digital modules and Line Replaceable Assemblies (LRAs) to the Program Management Office

. Attend Material Review Board meetings to give input on hardware defects, assist the team in developing a solution to correct defects and to troubleshoot and repair the process that allowed the defects to occur

. Periodically serve as the Team Lead for various Big Safari Programs within the ELINT Depot Test Lab in the absence of other members of the depot leadership team

. Perform root cause analysis to the component level and to repair LRAs and SRAs for ELINT systems under Big Safari programs using Labview and Unix based test software

. Provide technical guidance to other depot team members and provide hands-on assistance when necessary

. Formally document electronic malfunctions with technical write-ups which outline a unit`s faulty symptoms, normal operation, root cause and a planed course of action
