Managing improvements to the Blueberry Plantation golf course including: drafting and implementing a re-designed master plan for 18 holes including a new par 3 course; formulating and maintaining construction budgets, schedules, and developing a long-term development plan and proforma for a twenty unit golf course subdivision.

Project Manager -

Project Manager for six residential and two commercial development projects providing: financial proforma analyses, sales projections, and land-use and environmental entitlements for 1,400 residential units and 300,000 square feet of commercial. Successfully oversaw all City approvals and certificate of occupancy documents, infrastructure and amenity improvements of a 150 unit residential development. Completed all approvals and improvements to the Grand Club amenities including: all vertical and horizontal construction of a new 5,500 square feet clubhouse and renovation of a 15,000 square feet club house and 18 hole golf course; lead point person for the grand opening of the two golf clubs. Participated as the developer s representative in the day-to-day operations of the Grand Haven community and in the Home Owners Association, Community Development District, and Architectural Review Board. Was initially hired as the Construction Manager for the division and was promoted to Project Manager within six months.
