Synthesized monomer-based ferrofluids. (Polymerizable magnetic nanoparticle fluids)

Synthesized ionic liquid-based ferrofluids. (No vapor pressure magnetic nanoparticle fluids)

Developed a method to make monodisperse hydrophobic silica spheres.

Prepared the 1st Ni nonwoven by self-assembly method.

Saitama Institute of Technology Fukaya, Japan

Synthesized superparamagnetic nanoparticles by precise control liquid phase deposition method.

Prepared oil-based ferrofluids for magnetic sensors

Prepared aqueous ferrofluids for DDS (Drug Delivery Systems).

Developed a low-temperature sintering ferrite via uniform ferrite nanopowder by a liquid phase

deposition method. (Sintering temperature decreases from 1200 to 900 OC).

Studied a pressure-less bonding of ceramics (3Y-TZP) and Ti metal. The bonding strength is 370

MPa. (Bonding temperature is 900 OC).
