Project Description
Kent County Council (KCC) has focused investment on front-line services and built a fine reputation for the quality of its service delivery. For its back-office Finance and Personnel processes to be counted among the best in the UK, in the same way as its frontline services are, KCC has embarked on an ambitious programmer of change called Kent Support Services Improvement Programmer (KSSIP).
The aim of KSSIP is to improve substantially the services provided by KCC's Finance and Personnel functions, whilst reducing the cost of delivering the services. KSSIP team in Phase II, embarked on the project of Oracle Payroll Implementation for 15,000 employees. Currently, the payroll processing is outsourced and a third party is running the payroll on UNIPAY system. With this implementation payroll data would be completely integrated with the Oracle HR system. Phase I of the project involved implementation of Oracle HR and Oracle Financials.
My role in the project is as follows:
Development of as-Is and To-Be business Processes.
Mapping of the To-Be processes on to Oracle HRMS and identification of the Gap.
Preparation of solution Design for Oracle payroll.
Co-Ordinating the technical team members at the Onsite.
Responsible for HR and Payroll module implementation.
Reconfiguring HR setup to meet HR and Payroll requirements.

Commerce Hub is leading Industry of Supplying goods through online.
Commerce Hub is nothing but Costco.com (booking orders, selling goods and Invoicing) all are done on online only. Company is going in for a complete re-design of their processes spanning across Manufacturing and Customer Relationship Management.
Our current order entry process is more suited for commercial orders, rather then consumer goods. In order to compete within the consumer goods industry, orders must be processed within 24 hrs and shipped within 72 hrs. Orders also must be transmitted automatically from the customer s edi d document directly into our order processing system. These transactions must be uploaded into the order processing system a minimum of 4 times a day. Actually, impact will be quicker processing, more accurate reporting and quicker shipping and increased customer satisfaction. Automatic retrieval of customer orders received electronically (via a listener or sweep of the commerce hub) this should occur no less than 4 times per day. The ability to function with 850-860 edi codes effectively.
Responsibilities:
Coding in Pl/Sql Programming.
SQL*Loader control file to transfer data from flat files to Interface tables.
Report Development and Customization.
Worked with PL/SQL coding.
Registering the forms, reports and creation of value sets in oracle applications.
Used SQL*Loader programs to upload data from Flat Files to pre interface table and wrote PL/SQL procedures for all the business validations.

Description: This project has been designed to generate a purchase order for the required materials. Based on the purchase request, Request for Quotation (RFQ) is generated which is sent to the suppliers. The system maintains the price details of various products, which are sent by different suppliers, and it comprises all the information in different tables and it selects the supplier number who quotes the lower value. The purchase order is raised and is sent to the supplier. With the reference to the purchase order, the supplier supplies the materials.
My role in Project as follows:
Support in the back end design of the system.
Creating form modules to keep the information about the purchase order details.
Also created form module to keep the information about the purchase order details.
Reports were generated as per the user s requirements.
Created menu modules for the product customization.
