Senior Lead Technician

Puroclean restoration is a home mitigation company that provided restoration as a result of water, fire and mold damage to the home or business. As the Senior lead technician I was in charge coordinating teams in large loss scenarios, training of new staff, and review and revision of estimates. On a daily basis, I lead a crew that entered a home or business in a high stress situation, provided excellent customer service which in turn assured the customer of that they were in good hand and would be well taken care of. My team would provide mitigation services which included structural drying, wall and floor removal, odor elimination, and mold removal all while keeping a time schedule and daily reporting to the customer. Detailed reports were made on each job and entered into software programs on a daily basis. Communication with insurance companies and adjusters was a daily basis.
