O bjective
Objective
To produce simulations utilizing Interactive Performance for training and entertainment.
E xperience
Experience
I directed live improvisational performance for the purposes of training and prototyping. Medical school students at the
University of Florida in Jacksonville underwent real-time simulation training to expose weaknesses in Emergency Room
management, protocols and skillsets. The StoryBox live interactive stage and Performance Team were used at the first
ever Conference on Interactive Performance to model new possibilities for story immersion.
I wrote, directed, produced for i.d.e.a.s, an experience design, ISD and media company. Job duties included producing
remote video shoots, overseeing in-studio audio and video post-production, scripting and directing eLearning as well as
project design and management.
I produced and performed in three Simu-Life interactive adventures for diverse audiences. These projects ran the gamut
from taking center stage at the Florida Film Festival, to creating and playing in Virtual World environments on the
internet.
