Managed all store operations and collaborated with the Pharmacy to improve performance resulting in creating high standards for customer service,profits and sales.The perpetual result of this culture created the highest sales and profits in our district each year.I built and trained a skilled team and was a team leader and assisted my peers when needed or called upon. I also worked for Bruno's Supermarkets Inc. from June 1990-Jan 2007. I achieved advancement including positions of Produce Manager and Co-Manager becoming a Store Manager in 1999. I was Store Manager for 3 separate stores including Food Fair in Prattville,Al,Food World in Montgomery,Al, and Food World in Prattville,Al. The last location was a busy 24 hour store in which I led a team of over 100 employees.

I plan on completing my Executive MBA through Huntingdon after completion.
