Deployed statewide network of Desktop Video Conferencing units (approximately 80 units) 98

Researched and developed computer models for biological systems including chemigation

model, drainage economics, pressure distribution for septic tank effluent and soil moisture model

for suitable work days in Chile. Modified and converted existing software from mainframe to

personal computer and vise versa, from one language to another and from batch to interactive.

serial and parallel ports, disk drives including hard disks.
