* Ability to effectively manage complex environmental permitting and operational requirements including air, waste water, hazardous waste management, storm water discharge permits and on-site treatment systems.

* Experience dealing with regulatory officials from governmental agencies whether from an inspection or compliance issue.

* Managed the EHS programs for a start-up semiconductor company. Duties included the administration of site security as well as supervision of design, construction, and implementation of the company`s life/safety systems.

* Spearheaded EHS programs corporate-wide for facilities in California and Idaho. Duties included the management of industrial hygienists, occupational health nurses, and security professionals.

* Plan and organize all safety training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations.

* Organize, develop and train on-site emergency response teams as first responders to situations such as fire, chemical emergencies, medical emergencies, toxic gas alarms and principles of incident command systems.
