SUMMARY

Mr. Sanders has been the sole data conversion specialist for Oracle Education

MIS. Mr. Sanders worked with a global team, implementing Education systems,

which interface with Oracle's core applications, in the U.S., Asia Pacific and

Europe. Mr. Sanders now brings his business requirement development, PL/SQL

programming, database tuning and administration, the Oracle Method integrated

service methodology, business object mapping, data mapping and web design and

development to expand with another business.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Financial Applications:

Conversion

Sole member of an Oracle implementation team responsible for the conversion of

data from legacy Oracle systems in the U.S. and Italy to Oracle Financial

Applications. Responsibilities included extensive analysis of legacy

applications and mapping of legacy data to Oracle Receivables applications.

Responsible for business analysis to map and convert Oracle Receivables legacy

data in Belgium and Luxembourg to a single multi-org instance running in the

U.K.

Assisted the Asia Pacific team, using the experience gained in other

implementations, in solution design for the multi-org implementation of Oracle

Financials in Australia and New Zealand.

Core Applications:

Conversion

Exclusively responsible for the conversion and migration of customer education

business transactions in the U.S., Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy. Together these

systems are used by more than 800 people and account for a half billion dollars

in revenue.

Using Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology, worked with the

respective countries' Education and MIS departments to coordinate the analysis,

mapping, testing and conversion of the transactional and dependent data. The

dependent data includes the financial information of volume purchase agreements,

unit deals, business alliance programs; as well as customer location and

employee information. This dependent data is the Financial Applications

Conversion.

After extensive analysis and design, developed and tested PL/SQL conversion

scripts in a conversion instance. Redirected scripts to populate production

systems during a weekend to allow for no interruption of business transactions.

Custom Development:

Re-engineering of Information Management (Info/Man) problem and change

management application for MCI. The system runs on an IBM OS/390 with MVS.

Develop client/server web application to replace the Info/Man system. Prototype

hardware, present analysis and design documentation based upon management and

customer requirements. Languages used for the web application were HTML,

JavaScript, Java, VBScript and Active Server Pages.

Database, Network and System Administration:

Configured and maintained conversion instances for customer education conversion

and migration work. Tuned databases for maximum usage of a conversion instance.

Responsible for complete administration on SQL server databases for electronic

commerce and state licensing information. System administrator for NT servers

running Internet Information server while developing web sites. The NTserver

also supported the LAN for web development.

Internet and CD-ROM Programming:

Created an Internet data lookup system for state licensing information. Migrated

the data from a legacy system to SQL server for web compatibility. Used

ColdFusion for creation of dynamic HTML pages to submit and return query.

Designed and developed Internet sites for Hewlett-Packard Scanjet scanners, IMR

Gold COLD storage, and Lodestone Research usability design. Responsible for site

layout, designing intuitive GUI and all web programming for each site.

Developed business showcase CD-ROM for the Center of Creative Leadership to run

in interactive or automatic "tradeshow" mode. Extensive use of Macromedia

Director and Lingo for development of CD.

Developed companion CD-ROMs for the Scanjet and IMR Gold web sites. Used ActiveX

for embedding movies into the presentation.

Electronic Commerce:

Developed shopping cart for online art gallery. Functionality includedorder

taking, inventory control, invoicing and credit card verification.
