Wondir and Revolution are web communities that I monitored simultaneously for Revolution Health Group.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Quality Assurance; - Respond and act on abuse reports: delete abusive content and suspend abusive users as necessary. - Review member content to ensure: 1. Content meets our terms of service and community guidelines. 2. Compelling member content discovered and showcased. 3. Gather feedback from the first members of the community. Monitor, and assist with enforcement of the terms of service and community guidelines. - Collaborate with call-center representatives to help address any user issues. - Analyze community trends and patterns. - Daily reporting of moderation activities, including suggesting member content to showcase.

In The Wondir Community: - Monitor question, and answers, deciding after review what the appropriate actions to take. Wondir users send abuse reports, which I also took appropriate action on. - Seeding health boards with questions that challenged the users. - Observe any site malfunctions and inform the proper manager to take action. - Report on activities along with questions and suggestions to improve our moderation or the site. - Making sure the legal Term-Of-Service policy is kept.

In The Revolution Community: - Monitor the site, which is more of a relaxed community. Users have a bit more freedom to express their views. - Using a word filter program that alerts when potential problems are found, and taking appropriate action based on reviewing each post. - Validate links posted as safe for users. Scanning web site to cleanup duplicate posts or inappropriate use. - Reporting any malfunctions to Tech. - Writing a weekly Blog, and Running Story. - Announcing special guests which are invited to answer live user's questions. - Using the policy to delete, or suspend the user. - Reporting of web site, using the same Term-Of-Service guidelines as we do for Wondir community.
